Our Community Initiatives

Wishbone ebikes is committed to assisting charities and causes involved in improving health and wellbeing within the community. We believe that community support should be an integral part of business rather than an afterthought. This belief in direct contribution is hardwired into our business model.

Our donation program is designed to ensure that donations are generated not just at tax time but on an ongoing basis from each and every sale that we make. We support four charities directly from sales proceeds that specialise in illnesses which occur later in life. Each sale that we make contributes $25.00 to each of the charities listed below. We encourage our customers to join us and to assist these very worthy causes in their respective quests to find answers and cures, and to improve the quality of life not just for us, but for our children and our grandchildren.

Australian Rotary Health
Australian Rotary Health is Australia’s largest non-government funding body of mental illness research. We also fund research in other health related areas. Initially established to support research into SIDS, and supported by Rotarians Australian wide, Australian Rotary Health is a catalyst for projects that improve the quality of life for people who are least able to assist themselves.


Breast Cancer Network Australia
We work to ensure that Australians diagnosed with breast cancer and their families receive the very best information, treatment, care and support possible, no matter who they are or where they live.
We are represented by the Pink Lady silhouette, which depicts our focus; the women diagnosed with breast cancer.


Childrens Cancer Institute of Australia
Our vision is to save the lives of all children with cancer and eliminate their suffering. Our mission is to be a leader in preventing cancer and finding ways of curing cancer in children through world-class research. We want to ensure the best possible quality of life for these children and their families and share our vision with others to increase awareness, participation and funding.

Livestrong
At the Lance Armstrong Foundation, we inspire and empower people affected by cancer. We believe that unity is strength, knowledge is power and attitude is everything. We provide the practical information and tools people with cancer need to live life on their own terms. We take aim at the gaps between what is known and what is done to prevent suffering and death due to cancer. We unite people to fight cancer and pursue an agenda focused on prevention, access to screening and care, improvement of the quality of life for cancer survivors and investment in research.
